How long does it take to complete an edit?Our typical turnaround time is 1-3 days (Mon-Sat). If you request any changes, it may take up to an additional 24 hours, but it's usually much quicker.

How can I be sure I’ll love the final product?When you start working with us, we take the time needed to understand your preferences and goals. We’ll make sure we both know what you aim for.

Do you edit only gaming videos or other type of content?Although our main focus is on gaming videos, we are able to work with content that is not strictly related to gaming, but that is still part of the gaming community in a broader sense (like "just chatting" category on twitch). So, if you have content that is not exclusively about gaming, don’t hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help you!

I film my videos in batch, how do you edit this?You can upload as much content as you want for multiple videos. We’ll create a queue and work on one video at a time. Once each video is approved, we’ll move on to the next one in the queue. This way, you can have all your videos edited efficiently and effectively.

What if I need more videos?If you need more videos than what is included in your monthly plan, you can request the editing of additional videos. However, please note that there will be an extra charge for these additional videos.
